Textile Solutions Group Reveals Woventa, Its New AI-First Group Platform
Textile Solutions Group (TSG) today reveals Woventa, its new AI-first group platform for connected work across textiles, apparel and footwear.
On 1 October 2026, TSG reveals Woventa as its group platform. The platform is demonstrable and opens a limited, paid pilot intake. General availability is targeted for Q1 2027.
About Woventa
Woventa is TSG’s group platform for connected work across textiles, apparel and footwear. It is designed to connect all your systems, including TSG products, third-party software and custom applications. It links information supplied by connected design, order and production systems, so teams can follow a style, its orders and the production behind it — without leaving the tools they already trust.
Woventa is designed to connect TSG’s specialist product brands – Datatex NOW ERP, GeaSoft ERP, LisaERP, Setex OrgaTEX, Penelope CAD and DeSL PLM – so design, orders and production stay in view across every step. At launch, Woventa connects TSG products, with its integration model designed to add governed third-party connectors over time, beginning with selected certified integrations.
Woventa is the pragmatic path from proven specialist systems to AI-native operations. It preserves the products and operational knowledge customers rely on, connects the context that matters across them, and lets customers modernize one high-value workflow at a time without a disruptive rip-and-replace program.
What This Means for Customers
- Connected context, not replaced systems: customers keep the specialist ERP, PLM, MES and CAD systems they already rely on — Woventa connects the context between them rather than requiring a rip-and-replace program.
- A pragmatic path to AI-native operations: teams can modernize one high-value workflow at a time, using governed cross-system context to understand exceptions faster and act with better information.
- Traceability across design, orders and production: a style, its order and the production behind it can be followed across connected systems, instead of separate logins, exports and spreadsheets.
- A limited, paid pilot opening now: selected customers can join a capacity-capped pilot ahead of general availability, targeted for Q1 2027.
Leadership Perspective
Sascha Haase, Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) of Textile Solutions Group, comments:
“With Woventa, we are giving manufacturers a clear path to AI: read production data from the edge, assist decisions with the deep industry context of our specialist systems, and move into controlled execution when they are ready, with a protective layer around the systems that keep production running.”
TSG View
Woventa reflects TSG’s approach to bringing its specialist product brands together as a connected group platform, without asking customers to give up the systems and operational knowledge they already trust.
It is a further step in TSG’s work to serve the textile, apparel and footwear industry as one connected Group.
