AI platform built for textile, apparel and footwear

Woventa is the TSG AI-first group platform for cross-system work. It gives specialist products and people governed access to trusted operational context so they can understand exceptions, support decisions and execute named workflows with traceability.

Woventa is TSG’s group platform for connected work across textiles, apparel and footwear. It is designed to connect all your systems, including TSG products, third-party software and custom applications.

It links information supplied by connected design, order and production systems, so your teams can follow a style, its orders and the production behind it — without leaving the tools they already trust.

What is Woventa

Woventa is the pragmatic path from proven specialist systems to AI-native operations. It preserves the products and operational knowledge customers rely on, connects the context that matters across them, and lets customers modernize one high-value workflow at a time without a disruptive rip-and-replace program.

Woventa doesn’t replace your specialist systems — it connects them.

From fiber to garment, and every step in between.

Woventa is designed to connect TSG’s specialist product brands — Datatex NOW ERP, GeaSoft ERP, LisaERP, Setex OrgaTEX, Penelope CAD and DeSL PLM — so design, orders and production stay in view across every step.

Woventa & Datatex NOW/Gea Soft/Lisa ERP

Machine-side process data connected to planning through Woventa, designed so the plan sees each line’s actual current capability and reschedules before the commitment is made. And costing against real yield instead of standard yield — a case you could never build while yield lived in the MES and costing in the ERP.

Woventa & Setex OrgaTEX MES

Machine-level process data — recipes, telemetry, per-batch energy and water capture — connected
through Woventa to planning and quality, designed so developing issues surface earlier and the trade-offs
(recipe vs energy cost, per shade) finally become measurable.

Woventa & Penelope CAD

Connected through Woventa, the design-to-PLM handoff is designed to carry construction data,
colourways and supplier intent intact — nobody retypes anything. Planned next: design creation informed
by governed yarn availability and price context from an ERP, with Penelope remaining your design surface.

Woventa & DeSL PLM

With sourcing, lab and production data connected on one thread through Woventa, the evidence pack is
designed to assemble itself from data that already exists. Woventa is designed to make product and
process information traceable across connected systems, so teams can understand exceptions faster and
act with better context.

Why now

A style may live in a design system, its order in an ERP, and the dye batch behind it in a MES. Understanding a delay means following that thread across separate systems — and today, that means separate logins, separate exports and separate spreadsheets. Customers are being asked to deliver faster, protect margins and provide end-to-end traceability while critical data remains fragmented across legacy and home-grown systems. Replacing every specialist system would add cost, delay and risk. Woventa connects what already works and brings governed cross-system context into high-value workflows, so customers can modernize step by step toward AI-native operations without abandoning proven systems or operational knowledge.
