GeaMedia by Gea Soft
GeaMedia: Document Management Software for Leather & Footwear Manufacturing
Every collection generates its own paper trail — technical sheets, sales documents, product images, 3D models, certificates. GeaMedia is Gea Soft’s document management system (DMS), built to centralize all of it in one searchable, GDPR-compliant archive. It captures reports directly from NOW ERP as they’re generated, so nothing has to be filed by hand.
One Archive for Every Document, Image and 3D File
From sales orders to 3D product previews — organize, find and govern every digital asset your collection produces.
Centralized Digital Archive
Documents, images, videos and 3D models all live in one place, organized into folders that mirror your own processes — sales orders, sales documents, purchase requests, HR records, or any structure you define. Built-in previews, including a 3D viewer for product models, mean files open without leaving the app.
Search by Metadata, Not Just Filenames
Every folder carries its own set of attributes — order date, customer name, document type, approval status — fully customizable to match how your business already works. Full-text and tag search, combined with attribute filters, surfaces the right document in seconds.
Automatic Capture from NOW ERP
Reports generated in NOW are collected by a Monitor Thread and filed into GeaMedia automatically, with the right attributes already attached — customer, order, date. Sales orders and sales documents are mapped out of the box, with more document types on the roadmap.
Versioning, Permissions & GDPR Compliance
Every change and approval is tracked, with role-based access controlling who can see or edit what. Built to be GDPR compliant from the ground up, so document governance holds up to audit as your archive grows.
Part of the Gea Soft ERP Family
GeaMedia is part of the broader Gea Soft ERP family for footwear, leather goods and accessories — alongside modules for style development, finance, quality control and production monitoring. It maps out of the box to NOW ERP, and configurable import services let it connect to third-party platforms too.
